Welcome to your fabulous Galveston getaway, right on the famous Seawall Blvd. Imagine easing into your day sipping coffee, or celebrating the sunset with a glass of red wine. All from your own private balcony, complete with an amazing ocean view.
Other onsite amenities include gated access, two pools, gym, tennis courts and hot tub. The beach is right there, and we are minutes away from the best Galveston has to offer - fishing piers, Schlitterbahn, the Strand and so much more.

Imagine making a lazy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the kitchen while enjoying the ocean view through the sliding doors. And while parents have the master bedroom to themselves, the kiddos get to enjoy their own bunk bed hideaways. This is my kids' favorite spot, and I'm sure it will be yours too.
For those rare rainy days, we have two Roku Smart TVs with guest mode activated (all your logins are reset upon checkout), and we keep a selection of popular board and card games, including Carcassonne, Qwirkle, Coup and many more.
If you’re traveling with really little ones (yes, we remember those days), we’ve got you covered with a Graco Pack'N Play.
The condo is also a relaxing romantic retreat for couples. Chill out on that balcony and watch the world go by after a plunge in the pool, a dip in the hot tub or a jog along the Seawall. Then retreat inside and cuddle up on the couch with a movie, or hook your phone up to the Bluetooth speaker and unwind to your favorite songs.
Really, this place is so worth the stay, and we hope you’ll love it as much as we do. We try our best to make it a great experience for you, and if there's something you think we could do to make your stay even better, please let us know, and we will consider your request. Our place is perfect for a family vacation, a couples retreat, or a beach hangout with friends.
Hurricanes, pirates, ghost tours, fishing piers, water parks, great beaches, mini golf, rollerblading down the Seawall, shopping on the Strand, seafood at Gaidos, there is something for everyone. Galveston has an eye on the future and a foot in the past. With such a rich history and fun present to explore, your gateway to the island awaits.
Guest access
We try to anticipate what you may need, and will have fresh linens and towels ready for you along with dishes, utensils and pots and pans.
If you do happen to need anything else, there are plenty of stores a short walk, bike, or drive away including Walmart, Kroger, and Randall's grocery stores.
The condo property has even more! There are two pools on site: one with a mushroom water feature and shallow entry that's a favorite with kids and another that's heated for those cooler months. You'll also enjoy two hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis court, BBQ area, and more. See the friendly folks at the front desk for more details.
Other things to note
Please note that our condo is part of a managed condominium property, The Victorian. When you arrive, check in at the front desk is similar to arriving at a hotel. You'll need to pay a $30 resort fee which includes up to two parking tags for your vehicles, pool and hot tub wristbands, and WiFi access codes.
Also, you'll need to sign a guest form which is your acknowledgement of the rules of the property. Remember the units at The Victorian are privately-owned and the property is managed by our owner's association. Please be respectful.
